If you have previously logged into the new ERAI website and simply forgot your password, please enter your email address into the field below along with the security code and click on the "submit button”.  Your password will be automatically emailed to you.

PLEASE NOTE: If this is your first visit to the new ERAI website, you have to obtain new login credentials. In the past, all users from a company shared a single user ID and password.  For enhanced security, each individual user will now be required to have their own ID and password. Please enter your email address into the field below as well as the security code and click the "submit button”. Within a few minutes, an email will be sent from our system to the email address you entered with your new password. Once you have your new password, you can choose to keep the automatically assigned password or simply log in to your account profile and change the password; however, your user ID will always be your e-mail address.

In the event our system cannot authenticate your e-mail address as an authorized user in your company's account, you will need to contact our administrative staff at (239) 261-6268. Our staff will contact your account administrator to obtain permission to add you as a user. Once this is complete, our administrative staff will contact you directly with your password information.
